Author Betsy Green invites you to “time-travel to the New Year’s Eve party at the Potter Hotel in Santa Barbara and look back at memorable events in 1918. Her talk will feature the best stories of the year including the Montecito Country Club Opens,“Flying A” Movies, Lockheeds’ Flights, The Circus Arrives, SB High School Photos, El Encanto Hotel Opens, Life Magazine Cartoons, the Spanish Flu and much more!
